I did this as a version of a Color Challenge, Black, White, and a pop of Color. Of course, I forgot to submit it on time, but It is still a great idea. If anyone wants to try it, post a link in comments. I'd love to see what you made!
So I don't normally do a lot of vintage feeling cards, but the new Artisitc Etching Stamp set just begs to have a different approach than I normally use. I really enjoyed doing this card, especially with the new Newsprint Designer Series paper. I hope you enjoy it!

Artistic Etchings Sneak Peek
I am so crazy about my new stamp sets from the new catalog. I have more fun ones to post, but this card is CASEd from Diana Gibbs from Stampin Connection, a wonderful facebook style website just for Demos.
It was fun new make your own designer series technique. I colored my stamp from Because I care using the tip of my Marina Mist Ink Pad, and my trusty Old Olive Marker, and then stamped on my Confetti paper. You need to reink each time. Then I stamped again with the stamps from Artistic etchings vcreateing my very own DS paper. I used early Espresso for the second stamp set. Then I hit the background with smooch spritz and the colors blurred slightly which was a wonderful effect! I wrapped some new taffeta ribbon, and added a few more layers and I was all set! It made a great door prize at my monthly stamp club!
Because I Care is only available as a Hostess Set, so contact me to set up a workshop starting in July and earn this (FREE) wonderful set for yourself!
