This card uses a new set called Circle Circus, and Heard From the Heart, which was also available in the last Idea Book. I also used one of our new Designer Series papers, Razzleberry Lemonade. I love that Circle Circus fits perfectly into the circle punches. You can create your own background using the stamps in this set.
The white paper vellum is perfect for stamping on, but make sure you let it dry as it takes longer to dry than regular card stock and can smear if you touch it too soon!
