Using the Magnetic Platform -Big Shot

I just got my Magnetic Platform this week.  I heard about it, and thought, eh, how much of an improvement can it really be?  well, Let me tell you!  Wow!  So normally do use my Itty Bitty Banner Framelits I'd have to tape the strip of cardstock down, then tape down the die, then carefully move it over and run it through.  Usually I had to do that twice.  The magnetic platform lets you skip all that!  Yahoo!  I can lay down my tiny little stamped pieces on the magnetic base, (plastic cutting pad down first) and the magnet is strong enough to snap my tiny little framelit into place and hold it as I fiddle with it, and keeps it still while I set my other pad on top, and run it through the Big Shot.  Such a help!

Here is my video of me making this adorable little thank you card showcasing the 2013-2015 In Colors, Brown Sugar, and Strawberry Slush, with Pool Party.
